Dont Really Know

Right now i really dont know if we are together or not. I dont wanna lose him cause i really do love him. And if he leaves me i will be heartbroken. I dont wanna be heartbrojken by him vause i truly love him and wouldnt know what to do without him : (  Im left questionable and alone : ( .... I dont wanna lose him cause really i would almost have a heart attack : ( Im not for real about the heart attack cause im only 13.
